Job Description

Job Role: Mechanical Project Manager Area: Kent London & Surrey Salary: £60k - £70k My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to run a large contract over various location. As Contracts Manager you will need to have come from a Mechanical background and have worked within the commercial fit out sector. This role will be covering Kent London & Surrey. Responsibilities: Developing the business operations alongside directors Develop existing client project managers, staff, and sub-contract supply chains The ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines Work closely with Senior Managers / Supervisors Manage project cost procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting. Ensure programs are agreed upon with clients and contractors before project commencement, updated as needed, and key deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will be: Mechanical Engineering City and Guilds or equivalent 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position ideally Health and Safety qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Managers black card essential.
