Pre-Construction Project Manager / Planner

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager / Planner to lead tender planning and programming activities within the pre-construction team. The successful candidate will work closely with estimators, bid writers, and operational teams to develop NEC4-compliant, resourced programmes and methodologies that contribute to competitive, winning bids. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering planning, ideally within pre-construction Proficiency in ASTA Powerproject (Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project desirable) Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and construction methodologies Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile infrastructure projects within a progressive and collaborative environment that values innovation and professional development
