Career Progression Path Year 1: Talent Acquisition – £35k OTE Year 2: Talent Acquisition Manager – £40k OTE Year 3: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – £50k OTE Year 4: Lead Talent Acquisition Manager – £60k OTE Year 5: Team Leader/Business Manager – £70k OTE Year 6: Director Level – £100k OTE What We Offer Salary & Commission: Attractive base salary and a market-leading commission structure (up to 30% of billings).
