Interim Head of Finance

Interim Head of Finance required imminently for a charity based in Warwickshire. Initially for a six month period; my client requires a Qualified Accountant experienced working within the charity sector. This role will oversee the financial management, IT operations and provide strong leadership during this important and busy period. Key responsibilities include: *Oversee all financial operations including accounting, payroll, banking and cashflow management. *Producing accurate quarterly accounts and presenting financial information clearly to trustees and senior management. *Manage the annual budget setting process, providing forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities *Ensuring compliance with charity regulations. *Maintain and develop financial policies and internal controls. *Complete the year-end accounts. *Ensure effective use of Sage 50 and ensuring accurate reporting. Previous experience within a system migration would be beneficial. My client offers a flexible and hybrid working approach.
