Commercial Manager

A renowned residential developer is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to take commercial leadership of a 600 unit flagship multi-block RC frame development in South West London The Role: You will lead the commercial strategy and cost management of the scheme, overseeing a team of five and ensuring robust financial control across pre-construction and delivery. This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility and visibility across the business.
