Quantity Surveyor

A leading residential developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a new multi-phase project in South West London. The Role: Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of this major scheme from pre-construction through to completion. The development is a mix of traditional build housing and low-rise apartments. This role offers early involvement in procurement and cost planning ahead of demolition and build commencement. Key Responsibilities: Assist with procurement of subcontract packages Manage cost plans, valuations and cost reporting Administer contracts and variations Work closely with the SQS and wider commercial team Liaise with technical and construction teams ahead of site mobilisationPackage: £70,000 salary £5k car allowance Bonus Pension 25 days holidayIf you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to help shape a new residential development from the outset, get in touch to discuss the role in more detail
