What You’ll Do Test Automation & Validation: Design, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks and scripts using Java and Webdriver (Selenium or similar) Automate regression and smoke tests across UI and API levels Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure their stable execution Collaborate with developers to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage Participate in manual validation when required for new features or exploratory testing Learn new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency and contribute to improving automation coverage across the product Collaboration & Process Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage Work closely with developers to validate fixes and align on acceptance criteria Contribute to QA documentation and knowledge transfer within the team Continuous Improvement Review and refactor automation code to enhance maintainability and scalability Contribute to defining automation best practices and quality standards Learn new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in QA Automation role Proficiency in Java for test automation development Hands-on experience with Webdriver (Selenium or similar) Solid understanding of regression, integration, and end-to-end testing Experience with defect management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar) Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Strong English communication skills (verbal and written), with working hours overlapping European and LATAM time zones Nice to Have Competency in API testing (e.g., RestAssured, Postman) Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS-based applications, or Cucumber BDD English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
