Finance Assistant- Warrenpoint-£32,500 per annum- HYBRID Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-known, highly successful organisation with offices based in Warrenpoint. Our client has 2 exciting new opportunities within their Finance Team. Both roles have come about due to company growth, and our client is keen to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant and Invoice Processor to join their dynamic and busy finance function. Working within a team of 8, the successful Finance Assistant will be responsible for completing the following duties: Processing of supplier invoices, ensuring all correct procedures are followed Raising and posting payments both electronically and manually Reconciling of supplier statements on a regular basis Maintenance of electronic filing system Production and analysis of supplier variance reports Analysis of expenditure by category Bank reconciliation Other duties as required in the Finance Department Complying with any lawful and reasonable request of Management Essential Experience A minimum of 2 years working within a finance role IT proficient including MS software Ability to work within a team, as well as on own initiative Benefits Full-time, permanent role Hybrid working of 2-3 days per week, after an initial training period Flexible working options (8am-4pm, 9am- 5pm, 10-6pm etc) Starting salary of £32,500 per annum Private healthcare scheme 30 days holidays including stats Free onsite parking If you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
