Your New Role As Finance Manager, you'll lead reconciliations, manage rolling forecasts, and provide commercial decision support. With one direct report, you'll oversee settlements, drive financial performance, and influence strategic outcomes in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. What You'll Need to Succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A and commercial acumen Proven experience in reconciliations, and stakeholder management A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence in building financial models and supporting business cases Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong leadership and communication skills were able to influence and collaborate across teams.
