Employment type: Permanent Teespro Recruitment is partnering with a Middlesbrough-based Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consultancy to appoint an Mechanical Building Services Engineer (Design) on a permanent basis. If so, this role could be the perfect step forward for you. As a Mechanical Building Services Engineer (Design) you will : Report to Senior Engineers for work duties. Produce designs, calculations and drawings under the instruction of Senior Engineers. Utilise industry standard software, i.e. Amtech, Hevacomp, IES, Revit, AutoCad, etc. (Training will be provided where necessary). Be proficient using standard Microsoft packages Ideally have some experience of working within the construction industry, either for a consultancy, contractor or manufacturer. Key skills and qualifications of a Mechanical Building Services Engineer (Design): Industry qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (including other associated fields), or Building Services Engineering. Flexible approach to job requirements To communicate in writing and verbally with clarity and to a wide range of people and organisations. Maintain the highest professional and personal standards Ensure client requirements are met in an efficient and prompt manner with maximum accuracy. What's in it for you?
