Quantity Surveyor

A leading player in the energy infrastructure sector is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in quantity surveying and contract management to support a high-profile offshore energy project. This is a long-term assignment based in London, focusing on the commercial and contractual delivery of a large-scale HVDC infrastructure package. Key Responsibilities: Oversee contract performance, cost control, and budget monitoring for major construction packages Process contractor payments and manage SAP entries for financial tracking Lead on contract change management, variation requests, and claims handling Draft and review contractual documentation, including notices, instructions, and determinations Support the project with dispute readiness, commercial alignment, and stakeholder engagement Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract obligations Provide feedback for continuous improvement of contract management standards Must-Have Qualifications: RICS certification (mandatory) Degree in a commercial, engineering, or equivalent discipline Experience in offshore wind, infrastructure, or large-scale energy projects In-depth knowledge of FIDIC, BIMCO, and LOGIC contracts and their commercial frameworks Strong administrative, reporting, and communication skills
