Real Estate Solicitor – Aberdeen One of Scotland's top Real Estate practices is seeking a Senior Solicitor/Associate (2-6 Years' PQE) who has a keen interest in Renewables, to join its team in Aberdeen. This team regularly advise on industry leading renewables developments, with clients ranging from developers to landowners, investors and lenders. Alongside leading Scottish transactions, this team also regularly assists London firms in relation to Scottish renewables assets which are part of a wider UK transaction. If successful, you will work on Renewable transactions ranging from, but not being limited to: Wind (offshore and onshore) Hydro Pumped storage hydro Tidal Solar Battery storage Your caseload will include: Advising on the purchase and sale of property in relation to renewables developments Carrying out due diligence exercises Leases for renewable projects Complex titles Preparation and negotiation of certificates of title and overview reports for funders You will have: Between 2 and 6 Years' PQE in high-quality Real Estate experience, with Renewables experience being advantageous but not a pre-requisite A strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a driven attitude A desire to be involved in Business Development, combined with a good degree of commercial acumen If you are an experienced Real Estate Solicitor based in Aberdeen, interested in taking an exciting new step in your legal career, then please apply with an updated CV or contact Martin McGhee at G2 Legal, for more information.
