Oxbo manufactures machines for customers worldwide. In the Netherlands, we operate from Roosendaal and Belfeld. At these locations, we design and build the machines completely in-house — from cutting and bending metal sheets to painting and final assembly. With 18,000 m² of production space, our Roosendaal facility is a true haven for technology enthusiasts. Engineers design and draw the machines, and on the shop floor everything comes to life. You'll have your own spacious workstation, your own tools, and we continuously invest in advanced machines to support production. Departments such as service, sales, finance, and HR are also located in Roosendaal. Founded in 1959 as Ploeger Machines in Roosendaal, Oxbo has grown into an international company with around 1,400 employees across 10 production sites and 13 service locations in North and South America, France, the UK, and the Netherlands. Our headquarters? Still right here in Roosendaal. You assemble constructions based on technical drawings and weld machine components into complete systems. As a Construction Fitter, you play a key role in the manufacturing of our unique agricultural machines. You work independently from technical drawings to build complex constructions, assemble machine components, and weld them into complete units.
