This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week).Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:Repair, adjust and maintain equipment.Replacement of electrical/electronic components.Make connections to PLCs to diagnose faults.Calibrate equipment on virtual axis.Participate in the preventive maintenance program and carry out inspection rounds.Diagnose major breakdowns, establish priorities and undertake the necessary repairs.Participate in problem-solving related to equipment efficiency and improvement.Ensure daily cleanliness of premises and good practices.Perform all other related tasks.Profil recherché (en)Your professional skills- Priority management and analytical skills- Thoroughness and communication skills- Excellent leadership and team playerWe're looking for a proactive, autonomous person who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments and is a rigorous individual.Your profile- DEP in automated systems electromechanics or equivalent diploma.- 3 to 5 years' experience in manufacturing.- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out tasks rigorously.- Knowledge of occupational health and safety rules and procedures.- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.- Salary; $35 to $40/hr, depending on experience (including weekend night premium or weekday evening premium). Full insurance, company RRSP.- Permanent position 32h week (paid 40h) - one variable weekday, Friday and Saturday - night shift (23h- 11h).
