Base pay range: We are partnering with an international group listed in Hong Kong, which operates through its Italian subsidiary in Milan. To strengthen its local finance function, we are looking for a Finance Manager with strong leadership skills, international exposure, and fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese to liaise directly with headquarters. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and develop the Finance & Accounting team in Italy. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage financial reporting locally and internationally. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring. Act as the main point of contact with global headquarters, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Support business strategy by providing financial insights and recommendations. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. CPA certification strongly preferred. Proven managerial experience, ideally with background in a Big 4 audit firm . Solid expertise in statutory accounting and cross-border reporting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Fluency in Italian, English, and Mandarin/Cantonese is essential , due to direct reporting to HQ. Additional Information VISA application can be subsidized by the company.
