Remote Residential Conveyancer

I'm working with a leading national conveyancing team that is looking to recruit a fully remote Conveyancer to join its growing and dynamic department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a varied residential caseload, working independently from anywhere in the UK. You will manage a caseload of a wide range of property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, a strong benefits package and an excellent bonus scheme worth up to £15,000 per year — with most fee earners earning in excess of £10,000 annually. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. As you progress in the role, there may be opportunities to expand your caseload further, depending on performance and capacity.
