An award-winning national law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate (NQ PQE) to join its top-tier Leeds-based Transactional Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most respected real estate teams in the region, a high-performing, collaborative group that advises some of the UK's biggest names on complex, high-value property matters. The Role: You'll be involved in a broad mix of commercial property work, including: Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties and large-scale portfolios Landlord and tenant matters, property management and investment transactions Acting for national developers and occupiers across a range of sectors Supporting major real estate clients, including FTSE 100 companies and leading regional investors You'll work as part of a cohesive, busy team on market-leading deals, gaining early responsibility and genuine client contact. The team is known for its commercial approach, technical quality and commitment to developing well-rounded lawyers. About You: You'll ideally: Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE in commercial real estate Have strong technical skills and an interest in the full range of property transactions Be confident engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels Be organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Bring enthusiasm, initiative and a collaborative mindset Be keen to continue developing your legal and commercial skill set within a supportive, forward-thinking team The Team & Culture: You'll be joining a Tier 1-ranked, award-winning real estate practice that acts for a blue-chip client base, including major investors, developers and occupiers across the UK.
