Your tasks and responsibilities You will support a transnational and international team of Commodity Managers focused on developing the Procurement Strategy for critical categories: IT Hardware, Software, Cyber, and Ground Systems. Our team supports Airbus Defence and Space products in the “Air Power” business line (military aircraft systems). Acquisition Support : Assist Commodity Managers in securing the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT hardware, software licenses, and cyber products. Conducting market research on potential vendors and products, gathering key data on pricing, features, and system compatibility. Supporting supplier relationship management by collaborating with Commodity Managers on contract negotiation and defining favorable Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) Maintaining essential procurement documentation (e.g., NDAs, reports) and tracking performance metrics (KPIs) for our team dashboard. Desired skills and qualifications Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering School, or Information Technology or an equivalent field of study. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills , able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Proficiency in Google Workspace . Programming skills will be a plus. Interest in Aerospace, cyber and software products with a willingness to learn and adapt autonomously to new technologies. English fluent, french language skills would be of advantage.
