Director of finance

Reporting to the Vice-President of finance, your duties will be to : - Supervise and manage the team - Produce monthly financial statements - Implement budgets and handle forecasts - Carry out all types of business performance analysis - Implement internal procedures and controllers - Participate in a continuous improvement environment - Other related tasksWhat we are looking for : - CPA designation - Accounting and auditing experience (BIG 4 a strong asset) - A minimum of 8 years' experience in accounting and finance - Strong leadership skills and ability to work with partners - A minimum of 5 years' experience in employee management What we offer: - A salary of 140k - An established remote work policy with flexible working hours - Group insurance
