Accountant - CPA

I am currently supporting a fast-growing accounting firm, ranked among the 25 largest in Quebec, in recruiting a File Manager / Auditor. With a strong human and collaborative culture, the firm offers a flexible work environment, diverse mandates, and numerous social activities to promote professional fulfillment.Your role:Carry out audit, review, and some compilation engagements for a diverse SME clientele.Prepare corporate income tax returns (T2) and contribute to tax planning.Supervise and support interns in their professional development.Work closely with the personal income tax team (T1).Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and deliverable quality.Your profile:CPA auditor designation obtained (or in progress).Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, with solid knowledge of accounting and tax standards.Strong communication skills, team spirit, and leadership.Detail-oriented, autonomous, and rigorous.Motivated to build a fulfilling career within a firm that values professional growth and employee well-being.Recruitment process: One interview with Fed Finance, followed by a meeting with two partners and HR managers.
