Electronic Engineer

Electronics Engineer – Bristol - Contract We’re currently recruiting for an Electronics Engineer to join an innovative team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the design and development of cutting-edge electronic systems , supporting the creation of new products and technologies. You’ll be part of a talented Electronics & Software team, working hands-on in the lab (with hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate). What we’re looking for: Degree in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or a related subject Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals and confidence with basic hand calculations Experience with 32-bit ARM microcontrollers (e.g. STM32) and/or FPGAs Knowledge of protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, BLE, USB, and Ethernet Understanding of PCB layout and low-power circuit design Good commercial awareness and time-management skills Nice-to-have skills: Experience in a consultancy environment Medical device development (EN 60601) Compliance and testing knowledge (CE/FCC, EMC, radio, safety) Product development from concept through to manufacture Altium Designer experience If you’re an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and seeing your work make an impact, I'd love to speak with you.
