Talencia Consulting - Analyst Developer - Quadient (Junior / Medior)

Talencia Consulting is currently seeking a Junior or Medior Analyst Developer - Quadient to join our growing technical team in Leuven. Whether you're just getting started in your career or already have up to 5 years of experience, if you're passionate about development and eager to learn new technologies like Quadient Inspire, this role is for you. This position offers on-the-job training, hands-on experience, and a highly collaborative 6-person team environment. You'll be developing, maintaining, and optimizing communication solutions using Quadient and related technologies such as XML, XSLT, and APIs. Location: : Leuven region (hybrid work model) Start date: ASAP Duration: 1 year with extension Description Learn and actively use Quadient Inspire tools and components (on-the-job training provided if you're new to Quadient) Set up end-to-end production systems: from data reception, processing, to final output delivery Conduct functional analysis, programming, system and acceptance testing, and support release management Work with and understand XML, XSD, stylesheets (XSLT), scripting, and API integrations Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, developers, business users) with clear, structured communication Attend training sessions and receive mentorship to become proficient in Quadient Inspire Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing Record performance and time accurately using internal time-tracking systems to support project invoicing Identify, register, and follow up on incidents for which you are responsible Participate in internal planning, stand-ups, and progress meetings Ensure quality assurance: applications must meet internal and external specifications Work with customers and internal teams to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention Key requirements Background in IT: academic or professional experience in software development or similar technical fields No prior Quadient experience is required, but basic exposure is a strong plus Strong eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills Understanding of technical concepts like: XML, XSD, XSLT Scripting API integration Strong communication skills: able to work clearly and effectively in a team-oriented environment Comfortable in a multilingual setting: Dutch: Bilingual / fluent (must) English: Strong understanding and speaking clarity (must) French: Basic (required), bilingual is a plus Willingness to work 3 days onsite (Leuven) and 2 days remotely each week Flexibility to work 100% onsite during specific phases when required Nice to have (not mandatory) Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or similar CCM platforms Prior work with XSLT, scripting languages, or REST/SOAP API integration Familiarity with Agile methodologies or incident management tools Experience in customer communications, document automation, or workflow optimization What we offer Full on-the-job training with direct access to courses, materials, and mentorship A supportive team that promotes open communication and knowledge-sharing Opportunity to grow into Quadient Inspire expert level Stable, long-term project engagements A hybrid work environment (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Work within a multilingual organization Hands-on experience with real-world projects and business-critical systems
