As a Recruiter & Account Manager , you'll wear multiple hats: recruiter, relationship-builder, business developer, and trusted advisor. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and place skilled trades professionals in roles that match their strengths and career goals. Manage full-cycle recruiting and account management—owning both the talent and client side of the relationship. Drive new business and expand existing accounts with a solutions-focused mindset.
