Senior Project Manager – Multi-Satellite Missions (Space Sector) Location: France / Hybrid Project Value: Up to €50M Are you ready to take the lead on some of Europe’s most ambitious space programs? We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of multi-satellite missions — from early design and procurement through AIT, launch, and in-orbit operations. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you’ll manage relationships with key institutional and commercial stakeholders , including the French Space Agency , the French Armed Forces , and leading private satellite operators . You’ll ensure technical excellence, schedule adherence, budget control, and robust risk management across complex, multi-stakeholder programs. As a senior leader, you’ll oversee a team of project managers and engineers, lead customer and supplier interfaces, and ensure both programmatic and technical success across programs valued at €50M. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of multi-satellite programs (design → launch → operations) Manage key institutional and commercial customer relationships Oversee technical delivery, budgets, schedules, and risk management Supervise multiple project managers and engineering teams Drive supplier performance and program governance About You Proven experience managing large-scale aerospace or satellite programs Strong stakeholder management skills with institutional and commercial partners Solid understanding of AIT, systems engineering, and space mission delivery Fluent in English and French preferred Leadership mindset with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams Join us and shape the next generation of European space capability.
