EHS Specialist – Environment, Health & Safety

We’re looking for an EHS Specialist to join our team in Tournan-en-Brie and help us maintain a safe, sustainable, and compliant workplace for all. About the Role As our EHS Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics site meets all environmental, health, and safety requirements. You’ll conduct risk assessments, lead safety initiatives, and promote a culture of care and compliance across the site. What You’ll Do Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with French and EU safety & environmental regulations. Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions. Manage EHS training programs for employees and contractors. Monitor waste, energy use, and environmental performance. Support ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 systems and reporting. Drive continuous improvement and promote safety awareness on-site. What You Bring Degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or similar. 2–5 years of EHS experience in logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of French HSE regulations. Great communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Fluent in French , with good English skills. Chinese would be a great addition!
