Data Center Architect

French-speaking senior consultant with deep LAN expertise and solid infrastructure knowledge, capable of leading datacenter architecture projects with a strong consulting posture. Architect role: Core Technical Expertise (80% LAN Focus) LAN Architecture & Design : Proven experience designing and implementing complex LAN environments in datacenter settings. Network Configuration & Optimization : Skilled in routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and load balancing. Security & Access Control : Familiarity with network security protocols, segmentation, and compliance standards. Disaster Recovery & Redundancy Planning : Ability to design fault-tolerant systems and ensure high availability. ️ Infrastructure & Automation Knowledge (20%) Systems Understanding : Solid grasp of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and cloud integration. Automation Tools : Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet for infrastructure automation. Monitoring & Performance Tuning : Familiarity with datacenter monitoring tools and performance optimization strategies. ️ Consulting & Communication Skills French Fluency : Native or fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Consulting Posture : Demonstrates professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to advise clients effectively. Stakeholder Engagement : Comfortable presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience & Background Minimum 5–10 Years in Datacenter Projects : Preferably in French enterprise environments. Local Market Familiarity : Ideally has worked in France for several years and understands local consulting expectations. Certifications : Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
