Project Manager

Project Manager (Space Sector) Paris, France or Toulouse, France Full-time | Start date: As soon as possible Eligibility: Applicants must hold citizenship from a European Union or NATO member country (excluding the USA). Our client, a fast-growing NewSpace company, is looking to expand its team with a Project Manager to oversee multiple small to medium-sized commercial and institutional projects within the Space sector. As a Project Manager, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring seamless coordination across technical and non-technical teams. You will work closely with all internal teams to: Lead all phases of project execution, from design to delivery, Coordinate internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure clear and consistent communication, Support technical leads with prioritization, strategy, and resource allocation, Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements, Prepare reports and documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders. The skills and experience we are looking for: Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), 3–5 years of experience in technology project management, with at least one experience in the space sector, Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities, Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Experience working on institutional or agency-led projects (e.g., ESA, CNES, or European Commission), Fluent in English and French, Excellent interpersonal skills-you enjoy connecting with people and communicating clearly, including in customer-facing situations.
