Research And Development Manager

I am currently partnered exclusively with a leading company in the Personal Care Chemicals industry. We are in search of an experienced R&D Manager with expertise in the Personal Care Chemicals sector. *This is a onsite position, looking to onboard ASAP.* Requirements: 3 years of R&D management experience in the personal care chemicals industry. 10 years technical experience in the personal care chemicals industry. Minimum of a Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field. Strong foundation in organic synthesis. Proven track record in leading research projects and product development. Deep knowledge of industry regulations and emerging trends. Strong leadership capabilities and strategic planning skills. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the R&D team to develop and refine innovative personal care products. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align R&D efforts with business objectives. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Drive innovation through creative problem-solving and technical expertise. Oversee the formulation, testing, and refinement of new and existing products. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Stay ahead of market trends and integrate insights into product development strategies. Facilitate communication between departments to support product launch processes. Analyze research data and present findings to upper management for strategic decision-making. Develop strategic partnerships with external research organizations and suppliers to advance R&D initiatives. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in R&D operations.
