One of Paris' fastest growing deep techs is looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmaceutical Microbiology Expert to step into the role of Quality Control Partnership Lead . This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new business stream focused on pharmaceutical microbiology solutions. You’ll work closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams to define product direction, manage strategic partnerships, and translate customer needs into impactful solutions for pharmaceutical quality control. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy Collaborate with executive leadership to define product requirements that meet industry standards and customer expectations Translate feedback from the field into actionable product improvements and innovation opportunities Strategic Partnerships Identify and build relationships with pharmaceutical clients to drive adoption of the company’s microbiology technologies Support customer success and long-term value creation through effective implementation and partnership management Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with R&D to shape the technical direction of product development based on real-world needs Ensure pilot projects with pharmaceutical clients are executed smoothly and deliver clear value Market Insight Contribute to market research to help guide product strategy and development priorities Stay informed about current trends and needs in pharmaceutical QC and microbiology What We're Looking For: Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD or certifications in pharmaceutical QC are a plus Strong track record in pharmaceutical microbiology testing, ideally within GMP-compliant environments (labs, manufacturing, or supplier quality roles) In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical QC processes, microbial testing methods, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., USP, EP, FDA) Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with both internal teams and external partners
