IAM Specialist | Legacy Systems (English Required)

We are looking for a Technical Consultant (a) with strong expertise in legacy identity systems to support enterprise clients in managing and modernizing their identity infrastructure. This role focuses on Windows Active Directory, hybrid identity scenarios, and automation using PowerShell. Skills and Experiences Proven experience with Windows Active Directory (on-premises) and hybrid identity scenarios Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), AAD Connect, and synchronization troubleshooting Understanding of identity governance, RBAC, and authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, etc.) Experience in client-facing consulting roles, including assessments and solution delivery Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, AZ-800/801, or equivalent are a plus Fluency in English is required. About You Exceptional communication Conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced, multicultural environments. What You’ll Do Provide expert guidance on Windows Active Directory design, optimization, and troubleshooting Support hybrid identity configurations, including synchronization with Entra ID (Azure AD) using tools like AAD Connect Automate identity lifecycle processes using PowerShell scripts and modules Conduct assessments of legacy identity environments and recommend modernization strategies Collaborate with security and cloud teams to ensure secure and compliant identity integration Assist in the migration of identity services to cloud or hybrid models Deliver technical workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
