Remote Sales Representative

Smarcomms is a fast-growing, subscription-based social media management company. Since 2016, we’ve helped 10,000 small businesses grow online through simple, affordable social media services — starting at just $99/month . We’re now expanding our team and looking for fluent English-speaking Sales Representatives to help more business owners discover Smarcomms. You’ll speak only with people who’ve already shown interest in our services — no cold calls — guiding them through short demo calls and helping them understand how Smarcomms can manage their social media so they can focus on running their business. This is a remote role with flexible hours and clear growth potential in a proven, fast-scaling company. Understand each client’s business goals and recommend the right solution. Communicate clearly and professionally while representing Smarcomms. Track feedback and notes accurately in our CRM. Requirements Experience in sales or customer success (demo or discovery calls preferred). Fluent English with a clear, neutral or US-friendly accent. Confident communication and objection-handling skills. Understanding of how small businesses use social media. Self-motivated and results-driven. Working Hours Core hours: 14:00–22:00 (GMT5) / 09:00–17:00 EST , Monday to Friday. Set your own schedule within that range. Compensation $15/hour USD base pay performance commissions. Flexible schedule during US hours. Path to senior sales or account management roles. Ongoing support and training from an international team.
