The client Our client is a global renewable energy company recognised for its advanced wind technology and commitment to operational excellence. With a diverse European portfolio, the business provides end-to-end energy solutions, from design and engineering to operations and maintenance, supporting the transition towards a net-zero energy system. The Role As Solutions Manager , you will be responsible for developing and delivering competitive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) service solutions to support project sales and long-term client partnerships. Working closely with commercial, technical, and engineering teams, you will ensure that every proposal aligns with customer requirements and market expectations, driving both profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Design, maintain, and enhance the company’s O&M service offering across multiple markets. • Interpret customer needs and translate them into tailored, value-driven service proposals. • Review project RFP documents and develop compliant, commercially competitive O&M solutions. • Identify technical and commercial risks while proposing effective mitigation strategies. • Contribute technical input to cost estimation and financial modelling. • Participate in client meetings to promote O&M solutions and support sales discussions. • Support contract negotiations to ensure favourable service terms. • Define O&M KPIs and drive continuous improvement of service delivery standards. Requirements • Experience in the wind power industry is essential. • Fluent in English and one additional European language (spoken and written). • Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Preferred: – International work experience within the renewable energy sector. – Engineering or technical degree. – Understanding of business, finance, or legal frameworks related to O&M contracts.
