Software Development Manager

Overview This position reports as the Technical Manager for the Netcracker Development team and focuses on strengthening the relationship with the client and other vendors. Responsibilities Technical Lead for the Development Team. Escalation point of contact for Netcracker Technical management teams. Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and manage them through the full lifecycle. Develop tools and ensure processes are followed to secure code quality and improve productivity. Ensure cross-communication between our Engineering team. Ensure standard processes are followed between programs. Facilitate roadmap discussions between the customer and Netcracker to ensure performance and scalability of the solution. Participate in code and design reviews. Provide technical design and understanding of the work being delivered. Communicate timeline impacts to the Program and Project Management teams. Understand the delivered solution and discuss functionality and impact analysis of delivered artifacts. Participate in the selection of new resources. Required Experience Experience managing development teams. Minimum 10 years of progressive software development experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer relationship management. Strong familiarity with source code management systems. Experience with Continuous Integration, Configuration Management, Agile and related processes. UML, with experience in SOA, TDD, and related principles. Development process organization and design reviews. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Ability to work from the office in a hybrid mode. Previous experience with Telecoms or IT Integration companies is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field J-18808-Ljbffr
