Experience in managing the full HR cycle: Onboarding and Training Talent Management and Development Payroll and Compensation Labor and Union Relations Recruitment Culture and Internal Communication Requirements: Proven experience leading people. Proficient in legal requirements related to Health, Safety and Environment. Skilled in leading the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System . Experience with IATF 16949:2016 is preferred .
