Job Description

OPERATIONS MANAGER The ideal candidate will lead the entire business in the production area, responsible for delivering results that meet safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, and financial criteria. Work closely with the NAO management team in developing and executing strategy, ensuring a strong focus on continuous improvement and leading new projects and activities launched at the plant. Qualifications : Engineering or Bachelor's Degree Advanced English (reading, speaking, and writing) 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar position Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask Comfort working with multiple groups within business Hard Skills: Solid knowledge of financial statements (P&L), understanding how they relate to operations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing using the tools. Scorecard management, understanding the relationship between KPIs and how to act based on trends (P&L). Knowledge of applicable CSR's Quality management systems Problem solving (experience with some methodology) Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC) Responsibilities Lead compliance with company and government policies and regulations. Lead the implementation of strategies that ensure the safety of all plant employees. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 9000, IATF 16949, and customer certifications such as VDA, BIQ, Q1, CQI-15, etc. (as applicable at the plant). Promote a culture based on company values. Lead actions focused on customer satisfaction. Manage plant resources (people, assets, budgets) to meet business objectives aligned with the established Budget/AOP. Lead, together with the relevant areas, the implementation and monitoring of Tenneco management systems (P3, Ten-plus, ASPIRE, etc.). Monitor the follow-up of new project launches. Develop and execute systems and processes that meet or exceed plant goals for quality control, safety, and production and material costs. Monitor production metrics.
