Financial Data Analyst – Technology Operations

We are looking for a professional with strong finance and data analytical skills , with a focus on financial and budget analysis for both capital and expense management . The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, and has experience working within a technology delivery organization . This role requires someone who collaborates effectively across diverse teams and locations and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment . Key responsibilities and skills include: Expertise in budget management, outlook/forecasting , and partnering with finance and business stakeholders to ensure accurate budget tracking. Strong ability to analyze large data sets . Proficiency in month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting , as well as ongoing reconciliation of project costs (actuals, budget, and forecast against business case/InvCases). Experience with budget and resource time code reporting . Skilled in analyzing monthly close results and providing clear, concise narratives. Ownership of governance processes to ensure the integrity of time reporting and resource data . Contribution to the annual budget process and ongoing budget maintenance, ensuring timeliness and quality. Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Suite , particularly Google Sheets, Slides, Google Scripts, and Google Pivots. Prowess with Gemini Prompts preferred. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker Studio and other BI tools; automation experience is a plus. Additional requirements: Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate effectively across business and technology channels.
