Sales Specialist

Overview At ABB, you will drive sales of instrumentation and analytical solutions for key industrial sectors. The role is based in the Measurement & Analytics Division, where you will contribute to ABB’s global digital transformation mission. Reporting This Position reports to: Account Manager Responsibilities Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring order growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Communicate product and solution details, delivery time, payments, and general terms in line with ABB’s strategy. Identify and develop new market opportunities within the designated market. Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, support cash collection, and project management activities when needed. Drive efficient marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience managing customer accounts in instrumentation and analytical solutions. Strong communication and customer relationship‑building skills. Enhanced knowledge of CRM and sales tools (SFDC plus other supported tools). Engineering degree is a plus; fluency in Italian and English. Passion for a collaborative, solution‑focused approach.
