Responsibilities Coordinate the assessment and due diligence of potential new portfolio acquisitions; conduct financial valuations and prepare detailed business case documentation; present investment analyses during Portfolio Decision Meetings, highlighting key valuation assumptions, financial metrics, and pricing strategies; maintain continuous communication with the Group Investment Department on portfolio evaluations and potential investment opportunities; supervise onboarding activities and ensure accurate registration of new portfolios; perform both regular and ad-hoc performance analyses on NPL portfolios; manage the monthly closing process, providing input for financial statements and management reports; track portfolio performance and prepare internal performance reports for stakeholders; contribute analytical support to the quarterly impairment review; propose corrective measures and forecast updates when performance deviations occur. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline. minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an investment or financial analyst, management consultant, or within the banking/financial services sector; fluent in English, both spoken and written; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using statistical and analytical tools; results-driven, with proven ability to translate analysis into actionable outcomes; maintains high standards of accuracy and attention to detail; analytical and structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills; confident communicator, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
