Job Description

Position Summary The FP&A Analyst will assist in providing financial, strategic and analytical support to FP&A Manager and Business unit CFO. This position plays a significant role in the preparation and analysis of monthly / quarterly closing, consolidated financial Forecasts, Budgets and Strategic / Operating plans. The FP&A Analyst will contribute to the overall assessment of ITT performance to be presented through regular financial status communications to the CFO. Essential Responsibilities Support the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Assist with data entry and validation in the consolidation system, under the supervision of senior team members. Help analyze financial results, identifying key variances and contributing to performance reviews. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, with a focus on general and administrative costs. Participate in the collection and organization of data for quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycles. Collaborate with the HR team to monitor personnel costs and headcount data. Assist in managing purchase requests related to SG&A costs, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines. Contribute to the preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Communicate effectively with the Finance team and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and other sensitive information. Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or in a similar role within a corporate finance environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues. Solid data analytics skills and proficiency in IT tools, including: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Big data analysis tools Excellent interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized work style. Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English, both spoken and written. J-18808-Ljbffr
