Job Description This position is the Asset Management (AM) person to develop, maintain, and govern integrated schedules. The role ensures alignment with milestones, identifies critical and near‑critical paths, and drives timely execution and decision‑making to participate and support tasks of development, engineering, construction, start‑up, commissioning and hand‑over of all new projects, with the focus on best‑in‑class hand off to Asset Management. It will be the liaison with Global AM Team, Business Development and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for all new tasks and will support, from the Asset Management perspective, an effective and timely execution of all phases of the activities. Responsibilities Closely working with the Head of AM Europe, assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination. Analyze needed resources (in house / outsourced) to ensure timely project delivery. Build the Work Breakdown Structure and align it with the Project Execution Plan. Maintain schedule logic, calendars, constraints, and coding to ensure data quality and traceability. Prepare weekly and monthly updates with critical path analysis, narratives, and variance reports. Standardize reporting formats, layouts, filters, and codes across projects. Generate reports on critical and near‑critical paths, float, and logic. Liaise with Global Asset Management team and with regional Construction team. In case of major repair activities needed on operational assets, integrate all phases including engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning. Perform what‑if and Time Impact Analyses to assess delays and propose mitigation strategies. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor in Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3–5 years in project management for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Project; advanced Excel; Power BI a plus. Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability. Fluent in English and Italian, with other language capabilities (Spanish) considered an asset. Strong presentation and communication skills to clearly convey schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and stakeholders. Excellent written reporting. Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
