Senior Accounting (Finance & Accounting Lead)

Senior Accounting (Finance & Accounting Lead) Oversee and manage the entire finance & accounting operations of the company. Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the finance team (including junior staff). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management. Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Liaise with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Provide strategic recommendations on financial efficiency and cash flow management. Act as the main point of contact for external and internal audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Proficient in accounting software, preferably Xero . Strong knowledge of full accounting cycle: journal entries, closing, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. Experienced in preparing and analyzing management reports. Ability to lead the finance & accounting team and mentor junior staff. Flexible in handling multi-industry operations (consulting, F&B, and other business units). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
