Academic Coordinator/English Teacher Cernusco sul Naviglio

Kids&Us is seeking an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team in Cernusco sul Naviglio. As our Teacher, you’ll learn to prepare classes using our teaching method, monitor students’ progress, develop strong relationships with students and peers, and communicate efficiently. Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories, and arts and crafts. Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals. Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children. Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner. As a Coordinator, you’ll have to supervise academic processes, support the director in teaching and administrative activities, and ensure the implementation of our policies and method. Requirements include: Teaching experience is a plus, but not required. Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher). Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record. Interest in working with children. Planning and organization skills. A team player. We offer a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2025, 13 hours per week, a young and stimulating work environment, and a start date in June 2025.
