Contract manager

Key Responsibilities Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with Enfinity Global’s EPC department requirements. Prepare RFPs for clients and commercial bids, and take care of bid leveling and comparisons. Lead contract negotiations and buyouts. Discuss, draft, review, and negotiate the terms of business contracts. Agree on budgets and timescales with contractors. Manage construction schedules and budgets in coordination with Construction Managers. Act as the main point of contact for clients, the site, and project managers. Ensure construction project contracts meet agreed technical standards. Oversee invoicing and manage contract renewals, change orders, and other amendments. Mitigate organizational contract risks together with the legal department. Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering. Energy or Construction contracts previous experience (7 years). Excellent command of English and Italian. Previous experience reviewing and advising on EPC contracts. Effective negotiation skills. Strong commercial awareness. Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skills. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Leadership skills. Team‑player attitude. International mobility, both for short missions and potentially for mid‑term assignments.
