We are seeking a QA/QC Coordinator to join its onshore/offshore Oil & Gas and Power Generation projects. Main Requirements Excellent command of foreign languages (preferably English, French or Spanish); knowledge of technical terminology is an advantage. Good proficiency in PC use and main software applications (Windows, Office). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to negotiate and manage conflicts. Proactive, customer-oriented attitude with solid problem-solving and multitasking capabilities. Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System requirements and of international design and construction standards (EEMUA, API, ISO EN, ASME, AWS, etc.). Experience in non-conformity analysis, root cause analysis, and lessons learned management. Preferable certifications: NDT Level 2 or 3 (UT/MT/PT/RT – EN 473, ASNT); International diploma in welding technologies (WE, WT, WI – IWF, EWF, CSWIP); Coating/Painting certification (NACE, FROSIO); Offshore safety certificates (BOSIET). Experience Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a QA/QC Coordinator in the Oil & Gas or Power Generation sectors, with expertise in pressure-retaining components, piping, pipelines, valves, rotating equipment, and steel structures. Proven experience in managing a QC team (auditors, discipline inspectors). Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise Quality Control personnel assigned to project activities. Review and approve Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP). Ensure the correct execution of tests, inspections, and controls in accordance with project standards. Verify proper receiving, storage, preservation, and traceability of materials. Manage and validate quality documentation, inspection reports, and test records. Prepare and deliver the QA/QC final dossier for client handover. Promote quality awareness and training among site personnel. Liaise with the Client regarding all QA/QC-related matters. Why join us?
