Job Description

Job Title Technical Consultant Job Description Being part of an international project delivery team for EMEA and responsible for supporting installation and upgrades of the Radiology Informatics solutions across the EMEA Region. You will collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and customers, alongside local technical consultants and R&D teams. Your responsibility is to ensure proper delivery of the solution according to the solution design, statement of work, and quality standards. Your role : Interact with R&D team for troubleshooting and root cause analysis during implementation Escalate severe issues to Senior Leadership for awareness and support Ensure feedback and safety allegations are communicated to stakeholders Develop and deliver knowledge sharing and technical seminars to improve team productivity Scope, design, build, deploy, and/or integrate solutions Complete software implementation deliverables such as system build, configuration, and testing Analyze customer requirements to design and build appropriate solutions Serve as a technical consultant based on customer needs Mentor and train customers to maintain systems Advocate for customers and leverage insights for product decisions Resolve technical issues and provide proactive support Document solutions for support teams and future development Share knowledge globally and leverage repeatable processes Practice configuration management and version control Follow Philips Excellence Process Framework Collaborate effectively within project and service teams Drive improvements based on customer feedback Represent Philips professionally in all interactions You are the right fit if : Hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, IT, or related fields Have 1-2 years experience with programming, databases, and scripting languages like Perl, PowerShell Possess good knowledge of Windows Server OS Understand infrastructure technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, storage solutions Have intermediate networking knowledge Knowledge of ORACLE Database is a plus Exhibit problem-solving and analytical skills Work well in a team environment Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing About Philips We are a health technology company committed to accessible, quality healthcare for all.
