Your Role and Responsibilities As a Team Leader, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, delivering high-quality SAP FI solutions, and act as a trusted business advisor. Primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP FI Solution Focus: Leading technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions to meet client needs. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involved in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging the latest SAP technologies. Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Hands‑on experience configuring SAP FICO, including design, configuration, and deployment aligned with client requirements. Track record of at least three end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementations covering project preparation through go‑live. Experience as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, guiding junior team members and ensuring high‑quality deliverables. Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes and workflows (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, cost centers, profit centers, internal reporting). Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and implementation. Knowledge of S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, embedded analytics) and ability to apply them to solve business challenges. Experience leveraging new S/4HANA functionalities for process streamlining, reporting, and digital transformation. Good English language proficiency.
