Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic and cross-functional Operations Lead, a key figure who will have a direct impact on the development and growth of our business. This is a high-visibility leadership role, requiring daily interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee end-to-end operational execution, with responsibilities spanning commercial performance, financial ownership, and process optimization. You will also manage the integration and orchestration of core systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and HubSpot, ensuring they work cohesively to support scale. The position reports directly to the (CFO) and will work in close collaboration with the (CTO) and the (CCO). Responsibilities: End-to-End Commercial Operations Management Lead the full lead-to-cash cycle, from customer acquisition to invoicing, coordinating Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Finance. Partner with the CFO on revenue planning and financial analysis. System Integration and Architecture Own the integration and connectivity between Salesforce, Oracle ERP, PRM, HubSpot, and CLM systems. Design and implement scalable, automated workflows to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy. Contract Lifecycle Management Automation Implement an integrated CLM system for contract creation, approval, and storage. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure compliance and speed in contractual processes. Sales and Marketing Optimization Oversee forecasting, sales territory planning, and target setting. Ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales funnels and analyze partner/channel performance. Technical Delivery and Finance Alignment Serve as the operational bridge between technical delivery and revenue recognition in Oracle. Track onboarding and activation milestones to ensure timely and accurate billing. Strategic Analysis and Reporting Develop executive dashboards and lead QBRs with company leadership. Deliver insights that improve efficiency, growth, and operational performance. Requirements: 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations, preferably within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or IoT sectors. Proven experience managing and integrating complex system architectures (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, PRM, HubSpot, CLM). Strong track record of reporting directly to Finance or CFO functions, with in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition and financial controls. Deep understanding of the end-to-end lead-to-cash cycle, including contract processes and delivery milestones. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Legal. Fluent in English. Why Join Us?
