Application Technician for Ink Technology

Please send your application in English. Main location is Oleggio. Your Tasks - What You can expect as Application Technician? You are an important technical partner for our customers in the Italian Flexible Packaging market and ensure great customer technical support in regard to applications, solutions and services. You regularly visit our customers and resolve ink technology related claims at site to provide optimized solutions and to maximize customer satisfaction. You cooperate with our technology and analytical laboratory in the development of identified ink technology solutions to ensure they comply with customer and market needs. You ensure compliance with PSR rules and quality standards as well as chemical industry standards. You document and report on technology portfolio developments and progress in line with defined standards. Your Profile - What do You bring as Application Technician? You have an university degree, e.g. in chemistry or another science degree. You have first years of work experience in defined ink technology environment like R&D or application service. You know printing technologies and printing environments. You see yourself as team player and you are able to build up a trustful relationship with our customers. You are open to travel at least 70% within Italy. You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
