Account Manager – Cyber / Tech | Hybrid | Farnborough Area £50,000 – £60,000 Base | Double OTE (Uncapped, 10% of Revenue) Are you an experienced Account Manager with a technical edge ? The Company Our client is a rapidly expanding cybersecurity and cloud technology business , working with global enterprises and leading channel partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions. They operate in a 20% direct / 80% channel model , with a strong partner ecosystem and backing from major industry players . The Role As an Account Manager , you’ll play a key role in growing revenue across enterprise and lower-enterprise clients , managing inbound leads while driving channel relationships. You’ll combine technical know-how with commercial acumen — from giving demos to building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and channel accounts. Convert inbound leads and develop new business opportunities. Deliver product demos and articulate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders. Work closely with partners in a channel-led sales model (80% channel, 20% direct). Travel occasionally to client sites to support relationships and close deals. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. About You Proven track record in Account Management / Sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or tech. Strong technical understanding — able to confidently discuss solutions with clients and partners. Experience managing enterprise or lower-enterprise accounts. Comfortable with both direct and channel sales environments. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset. The Offer £50,000 – £60,000 base salary. Uncapped commission structure – 10% of revenue (OTE typically double base, but no ceiling). Hybrid working – 2–3 days per week in modern offices near Farnborough , with travel to client sites as needed.
