The Opportunity You’ll be a key part of a team ensuring every component meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and performance. Using your technical expertise, you’ll help deliver parts and assemblies that drive next-generation vehicles and transport technology. What You’ll Be Doing Carry out precision inspection of components and assemblies Operate and program Mitutoyo CMM systems (M-Cosmos V5.3) Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles Use a range of metrology tools – micrometers, verniers, bore mics, height gauges, shadow graphs, and more Manage and record non-conformance reports (NCRs) Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain quality flow Support continuous improvement in a zero-defect, ISO9001 environment Manage stock, prepare goods for shipment, and maintain accurate records What You’ll Bring Proven experience in manual and digital inspection Skilled in CMM operation and programming (Mitutoyo preferred) Confident interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T Familiar with SAGE or PC-DMIS software (advantageous) Knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO14001 standards Experience with anodising , electroplating , or surface treatments Detail-driven mindset with a passion for quality and accuracy Why You’ll Love It Here Join a business that values innovation, collaboration, and sustainability .
